Georges Clement

Executive Director

Georges (he/him) is an experienced entrepreneur and product manager. He was a Cheng Fellow and received his Master’s in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. Previously, Georges was a Fellow with Blue Ridge Labs @ the Robin Hood Foundation and a Product Manager at General Assembly. He is a New Yorker with a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has been selected as a Forbes 30 Under 30 in Law & Policy. Georges is a prison abolitionist who enjoys playing soccer in the park and eating bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches from his corner bodega.

Stephanie (Steph) Rudolph

Deputy Director

Stephanie ("Steph") Rudolph (they/them) comes to JustFix.nyc after a decade of litigating cases on behalf of tenants and homeless New Yorkers in federal, state, and administrative forums. Specializing in source of income discrimination, fair housing, and cases to obtain repairs and stop landlord harassment, Steph has worked at community-based non-profits and in government. Steph currently serves as a volunteer attorney for Communities Resist, focusing on fair housing. In any spare time, Steph enjoys running, baking bread badly, writing, and obsessively researching the real estate industry.

Pinky Chan

Director of People Operations

As a Native New Yorker, Pinky (she/her) has a passion for people, processes, and technology. Being part of the civic technology space since 2013, she has been featured in Conscious Magazine as a Powerful Voice in social change. Previously, she has led creative fundraising campaigns in anti human trafficking advocacy and managed several data science for social good community gatherings. Pinky loves connecting with people, whether it’s in front of a meal or on the snow slopes and everywhere in between.

Johanna (Jo) Monge (she/her/ella), a lifelong Queens gal, daughter of Peruvian immigrants and tenant organizer, integrates her passion for transformative justice into all her work. She co-founded Astoria Tenant Union at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic utilizing the skills she gained from organizing in Inwood and Washington Heights while at the Metropolitan Council on Housing. She graduated from Clark University with an honors degree in Political Science and Urban Development.

Tahnee (she/her) is a visual designer with 9+ years of experience in branding, communications, and interaction design across sectors. Her work focuses on turning the theoretical vision of a brand into visual assets that inspire. Tahnee is driven by her belief in the importance of addressing difficult topics with candor and empathy through the beauty of art of design.

Sam (he/him) is a cartographer and web tool developer. With a background in oral history, counter-mapping, web development, and journalism, he loves working within contradictions and intersections to explore how data can be made actionable to movement-based organizers. Driven by trust and relationships above all else, his goal is to get the power of technology into the hands of those who imagine a brighter and more just future for all.

Samara Trilling (she/her) is a software engineer and policy technologist. As a fellow at the Aspen Tech Policy Hub, Samara wrote policy recommendations for machine learning regulation. Previously, Samara built city master planning software at Sidewalk Labs. Samara has a degree in computer science from Columbia University with a specialization in artificial intelligence. Samara loves hiking, collects books on the history of computing, and plans to build a tiny house and tow it around with her electric truck.

Marketing & Communications Manager

Vincent (he/him/they/them) has worked in marketing and communications in both the corporate and non-profit worlds and is also a community and housing organizer. He studied Marketing at Fordham University where he found his interest for community-based work in the Bronx. Vincent believes housing is a human right and that all tenants deserve access to truly affordable housing and a quality home. Vincent is an avid photojournalist and enjoys biking, playing soccer, hiking, and cooking.

Annalise Irby (she/her) is a product manager on a rotation from Schmidt Futures, a philanthropic tech company. She believes that product managers should be advocates who co-create alongside users. Previously, Annalise was a product manager at Recidiviz, a criminal justice reform nonprofit, and a software engineer at Lyft, Uber, and IBM. Annalise graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Computer Science. She enjoys thrifting, cooking vegan Chinese food, and any outdoor adventure - her favorites are wake surfing and dog sledding!

Heather has focused her entire career on improving leadership, learning, and results in public service. She is proud to be a founding member, and the current Chief Operating Officer, of Case Commons,a nonprofit technology company committed to enabling better outcomes for our nation’s most vulnerable kids and families by providing tools that “help the helpers” and provide better data for decision-making in child welfare. Earlier in her career, Heather was a co-founder of the Cesar Chavez Public Charter High School for Public Policy in Washington DC; helped to launch the Leadership in Action Program for the Annie E. Casey Foundation, an effort that in its early years contributed to a significant increase in school readiness across the state of Maryland; worked at the Council for Excellence in Government where she ran the government fellowship programs; and served in various roles at the National Executive Service Corps and NYU’s Robert F Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Heather received her Masters from New York University's Wagner School for Public Service and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University. She is a resident of Brooklyn with her husband and daughter and hopes to have a vegetable garden in her backyard someday.

Sateesh Nori is currently the Attorney in Charge of the Legal Aid Society’s Queens Neighborhood Office. He was the Director of Housing Litigation at Bedford-Stuyvesant Community Legal Services and worked for many years as a housing staff attorney in Brooklyn and in Upper Manhattan.He has served as Chair of the Housing Court Committee of the New York City Bar Association. He was a member of the Housing Court Advisory Council and is a member of the Mayor's Commission of City Marshals. He is also an adjunct professor at Cardozo School of Law. Sateesh is a graduate of John Hopkins University and New York University School of Law.

Stan is the Lead Organizer for the Justice for All Coalition, an organizing group based in Astoria / Long Island City that focuses on advocacy for NYCHA residents. As someone who has grown up in public housing, the issues facing NYCHA residents have always been personal to Stan.He has over 10 years experience as an organizer, and in addition to working on affordable housing and NYCHA issues, he has also worked on anti-gun violence and anti-bullying campaigns that were focused primarily on reaching the youth. Stan has been a power user of JustFix.nyc tools, helping 100+ NYCHA residents in Queensbridge send letters of complaint, hosting trainings, and more.

Ignacio Jaureguilorda is the director of Poverty Justice Solutions. Before joining the Center for Court Innovation, he worked as a public interest attorney for 14 years, providing free civil legal services to low-income New Yorkers. Most recently,Jaureguilorda served as director of legal services at the AIDS Center of Queens County, where he spearheaded the organization’s legal and public policy work and represented people with terminal and chronic illnesses. Previously, he served as an attorney with Housing Works, a non-profit organization that works on HIV/AIDS and homelessness issues, litigating cases involving income discrimination in real estate and discrimination against transgender individuals. Jaureguilorda has represented clients in a wide range of matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, public benefits, discrimination, immigration, and family law.
