Georges is a product manager and experienced nonprofit leader who specializes in partnerships, business operations, fundraising, and gathering research insights to inform digital product features.

Johanna has a background in product strategy, neuroscience, and design. She loves taking in a lot of information and distilling actionable insights from it to populate our roadmap with fast iterations and exciting releases. She fills the office with stories of the latest operas she's attended and tales of sailing come summer.

Analisa is a community organizer, land & water protector, and daughter of mother’s born of the highlands of Huari in the Ancash department in Peru and the seat of the Central Valley in California. She is a systems thinker and network weaver committed to sharing empowerment and building power with everyone she meets as a part of her mission to develop a new society where no one is left behind.

Lead Engineer, Tinkerer

Atul enjoys building bridges of understanding between humans and machines. He has written illuminating software that's been used as the centerpiece of TED Talks, in maker events around the world, and by individuals who are just trying to have a less frustrating time using their computer. But his favorite moments are very personal: understanding where another person is coming from, constructing a metaphor they can relate to, and using it to explain technology in a way that liberates, excites, and empowers.

Her work focuses on turning the theoretical vision of a brand into visual assets that inspire. Tahnee is driven by her belief in the importance of addressing difficult topics with candor and empathy through the beauty of art of design.

Sam is a cartographer and web tool developer who loves bringing complex stories into the world of the interactive. A math nerd by training, he is a strong believer that justice, advocacy, and storytelling should inform technology, and not the other way around.

Jon's background in policy research, community organizing, and co-design has led to his work at the intersection of housing justice and civic technology. He's passionate about building tools that empower and delight.

Labiba is a student organizer exploring how data-powered technology can power grassroots movements. She was struggling to find a community in the technology sector that truly leverages their resources for social justice. But then she found JustFix.nyc and is grateful to call it her home. When she isn't organizing with the YDSA and DSA or working at JustFix.nyc, she binge watches stand up comedy videos and reads socialist theory.

Heather Weston

Former Chief Operating Officer, Case Commons

Heather has focused her entire career on improving leadership, learning, and results in public service. She is proud to be a founding member, and the current Chief Operating Officer, of Case Commons,a nonprofit technology company committed to enabling better outcomes for our nation’s most vulnerable kids and families by providing tools that “help the helpers” and provide better data for decision-making in child welfare. Earlier in her career, Heather was a co-founder of the Cesar Chavez Public Charter High School for Public Policy in Washington DC; helped to launch the Leadership in Action Program for the Annie E. Casey Foundation, an effort that in its early years contributed to a significant increase in school readiness across the state of Maryland; worked at the Council for Excellence in Government where she ran the government fellowship programs; and served in various roles at the National Executive Service Corps and NYU’s Robert F Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Heather received her Masters from New York University's Wagner School for Public Service and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University. She is a resident of Brooklyn with her husband and daughter and hopes to have a vegetable garden in her backyard someday.

Sateesh Nori is currently the Attorney in Charge of the Legal Aid Society’s Queens Neighborhood Office. He was the Director of Housing Litigation at Bedford-Stuyvesant Community Legal Services and worked for many years as a housing staff attorney in Brooklyn and in Upper Manhattan.He has served as Chair of the Housing Court Committee of the New York City Bar Association. He was a member of the Housing Court Advisory Council and is a member of the Mayor's Commission of City Marshals. He is also an adjunct professor at Cardozo School of Law. Sateesh is a graduate of John Hopkins University and New York University School of Law.

Ignacio Jaureguilorda

Director, Poverty Justice Solutions, Center for Court Innovation

Ignacio Jaureguilorda is the director of Poverty Justice Solutions. Before joining the Center for Court Innovation, he worked as a public interest attorney for 14 years, providing free civil legal services to low-income New Yorkers. Most recently,Jaureguilorda served as director of legal services at the AIDS Center of Queens County, where he spearheaded the organization’s legal and public policy work and represented people with terminal and chronic illnesses. Previously, he served as an attorney with Housing Works, a non-profit organization that works on HIV/AIDS and homelessness issues, litigating cases involving income discrimination in real estate and discrimination against transgender individuals. Jaureguilorda has represented clients in a wide range of matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, public benefits, discrimination, immigration, and family law.

Coalition Coordinator, Right to Counsel Coalition

Susanna Blankley is the Coalition Coordinator for the Right to Counsel NYC Coalition, which is made up of more than 45 tenant advocate groups, tenant organizing groups, faith based groups, academics, and legal services providers throughout the New York City.While the Director of CASA, Susanna helped form the coalition in 2014, launching a campaign to pass legislation making it a right for tenants to have an attorney when facing eviction. The legislation became law in August 2017. Her current work focuses on oversight and implementation of the new legislation, in turning a law into a basic right for all tenants. Susanna began her work as a Labor Organizer in Puerto Rico, and has been organizing for safe and affordable housing in New York City since 2009. She teaches community organizing at the City College of New York as well the Advanced Community Organizing Class through the Center for Community Leadership. Susanna has worked to advance Women’s Rights in Ecuador, New York City and Kenya. She received her undergraduate degree from Columbia University and her Masters in Intercultural Service, Leadership and Management from the SIT Graduate Institute.
